WDJZ 1530 AM is a 5,000watt day time Multicultural Leased time radio station in Bridgeport Connecticut.
WDJZ 1530 AM is heard in Bridgeport, New Haven, Hartford, Waterbury, Danbury and Norwalk, the signal also reaches the North Shore of Long Island, parts of the Bronx and Brooklyn in New York.
We encourage Religious/Spiritual Groups, Legal, Medical, Financial and other professionals to expand their Ministries/Businesses on our airwaves by hosting their own radio programs.
The perception of Leased Time Radio encourages growth and development utilizing the airwaves. This allows individuals to solicit advertising, sponsorships or encourage business partnerships to build success with your program or radio ministry.
WDJZ’s hourly rates are comparable to what it costs for one minute of advertising on a major radio station in the Southern Connecticut area therefore making it affordable for just about everyone in the communities that we serve to do their own radio show.
It is an excellent vehicle for expansion of ministries, businesses, groups and organizations.
At present 90 % of our programs are spiritual in nature, however we encourage everyone to be involved in leased time on this station.
