Ingredient notes
- Peaches: The star of this dish! Use fresh, ripe, and firm peaches. Press gently on the peach to tell if it’s ripe. It should have a little give! Ripe peaches are also very fragrant. You don’t need to peel the peach skin, but feel free to if you prefer.
- Flour: Use your favorite gluten free flour if you’re gluten free!
- Old fashioned oats: For the perfect oat crisp topping.
- Brown sugar: Adds sweetness and softens the peaches as they bake.
- Ground cinnamon: For a hint of spice and warmness.
- Butter: We use vegan butter since we’re dairy free!
If you have leftover peaches, here's how to freeze peaches so you can enjoy them all year long.
How to make baked peaches
The full instructions for this easy baked peaches recipe are found down below in the printable recipe card.
Step 1: Slice the peaches
Slice each peach in half vertically, twist the halves apart, and remove the pit. Place skin side down in a baking dish. I used my 7x9 inch baking dish but an 8x8 or 9x9 baking pan will work too. Just be sure to pick a dish where the peaches fit side by side without overlapping or have too much room around them.

Step 2: Add oatmeal crumble topping
In a small bowl, whisk flour, oats, browns sugar, and cinnamon together. Cut the cold butter into the mixture using a fork or pastry cutter, mixing around until small crumbs form. Add a large spoonful of crumble topping to the center of each peach.

Step 4: Serve and enjoy
Enjoy baked peaches as is, with a scoop of ice cream, or yogurt. I personally like to drizzle of maple syrup for extra sweetness! Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
Want to make these roasted peaches in the air fryer instead? Air fry at 350F for 8-11 minutes, until peach halves are tender and topping is browned.
